2022 Season Registration
The club now offers the option for player to register online by clicking the Register Now button on this page.   

Registrations open Wed 9th February 2022 and close 31st March 2022. 

The season starts early to mid April and end late August with Prizegiving in September.  Senior teams may have a pre-season starting early in the year.    CLICK HERE for 2022 Season Dates


2022 Registration Dates
Player Registration will take place on the following days at the clubrooms. Players complete an online Club membership form which covers player details and medical information. Please ensure this form is completed correctly.


  • Thursday 10th Feb    5.00pm till 7.00pm  at clubrooms
  • Monday 14th Feb    5.00pm till 7.00pm  at clubrooms
  • Wednesday 16th Feb  5.00pm till 7.00pm  at clubrooms
  • 31st March 2022  Online Registrations close


To enable the club to stay in touch with you throughout the season, please log in to you membership account to update any contact detail/email changes.  

PLEASE RECORD AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU USE REGULARLY! - as the club's PRIMARY means of communication with you will be by email for the 2022 season.  


2022 Player Fees
OMUAFC is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers. The membership/subscription fees are to cover charges imposed on the club by NRF and NZF, as well as covering coaching equipment, playing strips and operating costs of the club.

Everybody is required to pay their fees at registration; various methods are made available to enable you to pay, including Online Credit Card and Direct Debit or Internet banking directly to the club bank account. 

Pay online by Credit Card and Direct Debit at time of registration.   Cash and Eftpos payment options are available on registration days. Payment plans are available by arrangement only - speak to one of the registration volunteers for further information.


FIRST KICKS

4 - 6 yrs (First Kicks) - $80 - Fee includes team photo (player must provide own regulation size 3 training ball).


JUNIORS

7th - 8th Grade - $100 - Fee includes team photo (player must provide own regulation size 3 training ball).

9th - 12th Grade - $115 - Fee includes team photo (player must provide own regulation size 4  training ball).


YOUTH

13th - 17th Youth - $145 - Fee includes team photo.


UNDER 19s

19th Grade - $145


STUDENTS

Students (Full Time) - $145 (Must provide copy of student  ID).


SENIORS

Senior Men’s - $265 *Discounted to $240 if paid on or before 1st  March 2022.


Senior Women’s - $255 *Discounted to $230 if paid on or before 1st March 2022..

* Early Bird discount is for fees paid before 1/3/2022.  Full fee rate is payable if unpaid after this date.

A 10% Discount is offered to families who have more than one player at the club (if fees are paid by 1st March 2022).   

Junior/Youth
All Junior/Youth Fees must be paid on the day of registration with Wednesday 16th February being our last registration night and 31st March close of registrations.  Any fees that are not paid may result in your child not being placed in a team.

Seniors
All senior team Master Registration Forms must be completed and emailed to Victoria Piggott by the 10th March 2021. (TEAM MANAGERS WILL BE CONTACTED AND NEED TO START ORGANISING THIS NOW). If you require a Master registration template please email Victoria, admin@omuafc.org.nz.


SENIOR FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY 31st MARCH 2022. This includes any outstanding fees/fines from previous seasons.  Failure to do this will result in your team not being entered into a NRF competition. There will be no exceptions to this. Senior players, start talking to your team managers now so you don’t miss out on playing this season.

Family Discount

OMUAFC will continue offering the 10% Discount where there are two or more family members living in the same home. HOWEVER this discount is only applicable if complete payment is received BEFORE 01/03/2022.  Full fees are due if unpaid after this date.


Prepayment & Automatic Payment

Members may start paying fees prior to registration date or to set up A/P preseason to reduce pressure. All prepayments and Automatic Payments must be completed by 31/03/2022.

N.B. Please help us by paying fees early. You can start now or anytime preseason. We are making it as easy as possible to relieve financial pressure on members and to reduce volunteer workload in having to follow up unpaid fees.

We adhere to strict discount and no play deadlines. Any unpaid fees may be sent to a debt collection agency where you will be liable for any debt collection fees incurred.  


Cancellation of Membership and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your membership:  All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing  to admin@omuafc.org.nz   or  juniorandyouth@omuafc.org.nz 

Cancellations up until 31st March of a seaon, full refund of fees less $10 is available where a player has registered and paid fees for the current season. 

Only partial refund on fees available if membership is cancelled after 31st March as the club has committed to paying levies to NRF and NZF for the player registration.

No refund available after 1st June of a season.   


Force Majeure

In the event OMUAFC is unable to provide services to its members, including by direction of regional and national governing bodies, because of acts of God (including Volcanic Eruption, Earthquake, Pandemic, War) or other causes reasonably beyond its control, OMUAFC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes including refund of membership fees.


By agreeing to the club and NZF's terms and conditions on our online application form you agree to pay all fees owing by the dates required. You also agree to pay all fines incurred throughout the season within 4 weeks of receiving the invoice from an OMUAFC committee member. Fines will be added to your membership account viewable via your member login.
