ONE FOR THE GIRLS
Coach - Angela Valamaka has successfully started the programme just for the girls.
One training night for all age groups. Mastering soccer skills using coaching techniques outside the square.

The girls are encouraged to figure out ways to master skills on their own, work with team mates and help each other to achieve soccer focused objectives.
They challenge themselves by training with older age groups as well as their own.

The programme includes guest speaker nights e.g. (football ferns players, exercise trainers and nutritionists) directly focused at the needs for female soccer players. So anyone that is interested should make contact with Angela Valamaka.
